RC Electronics Services Pricing
ESC/Motor Combo Setup & Calibration = ESC & Motor Installed and Setup and Programmed = $50
ESC & Motor Soldering = Soldering only, no install or programming = $25
Motor Swap/Install = Install motor and solder motor wires only = $20
Braiding Wires = Braiding of wires (includes braid in service up to 12" long) = $6 per/wire
Motor Analyzer & Timing Setup = for 10 scale 540 size motor/can only = $10 per/motor
Controller & Receiver Setup = Programming Controller and Free Phone Support for 90days = $40
BEC Setup & Programming = Install BEC and program ESC (BEC settings) = $15
Soldering Battery Connectors = solder battery and ESC connectors (connectors sold separately) = $3.50 per connector
Soldering ESC Wires = Soldering all 5 ESC wires (3 motor and 2 battery wires) = $15
Soldering (general) = Any other types of general soldering not listed = $4 per/item

Labor Rate = for services not quoted by the project = $40
Shock Rebuild = complete rebuild with oil and install any shock rebuild kit (rebuild kit is extra) = $25 per/set
Differential Rebuild = (Gear or Ball Diff = $25 per/diff
Transmission / Transfer-Case, Portal Gears Service = (common service to change diff gears to over/under gear RC) = $40
Oil Bearings = (exposed external bearings only) = $5
Simple upgrades = (A-arms, hubs, turnbuckles, towers) = $40
Screw Kits = Replacing all screws with bling or stainless screw kits = $80

We do our best to update our pricing on the website, but at the end of the day, we provide a written proposal or quote to almost all of our customer by the project or services needed. Our vision on Pricing
Our goal over 12 years ago was to offer the general public an alternative to the local hobby shop service departments. We witnessed some staff at local hobby shops recommending $50 metal spur gears to newbies in the hobby for a stock Traxxas Slash. Instead of just teaching the newbies to tighten the motor mount correctly and set the pinion tension. Since that day, we strive to offer advise that meets budgets and gives realistic expectations as to performance and durability of upgrades repairs and choosing the right RC car for what you want to do. That is our vision and promise to you.
